W.M. Berg has precision roller slides that gives the designer the ability to utilize an off the shelf component to fit his needs for load carrying capacities and accuracy. Ultra Precision roller slides from W.M. Berg are made with hardened and ground steel rails and rollers to provide extended service life. We are committed to accuracy and our roller slides are high quality and made to the excellent for straightness, flatness, parallelism and repeatability. No lubrication is required below an operating speed of 50″/min (1.3 m/min), but above this, lubrication is recommended.

W.M. Berg will custom engineer and manufacture rail sets in stainless steel for corrosive or vacuum environments, should that be your application. Additionally, assemblies can be created from any material that will fulfill accuracies and strength requirements.
